An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times: The delivery time of your package depends on the transit time after dispatch, which varies based on your location. Here are the estimated delivery times by country:

During peak times and holidays, carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates beyond our control. For international shipments, customs delays can also occur, potentially extending delivery times.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delays or cancellation. For address issues detected by our system, our team will email you within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

While Topptop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do everything possible to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, a replacement may be offered. If the package is unrecoverable, we recommend filing a police report.
