Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the order may already be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. A damaged item is defined as one with a defect or physical breakage. Packaging damage during transit, such as dented boxes, does not qualify if the product remains intact.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at info@topptop.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will evaluate your eligibility for a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside our control, including courier delays, customs issues, or other unforeseen factors. If you experience any problems with delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
